What this route provides
AIMA administers ARI and related family-reunification applications. The selected investment activity must meet the current legal criteria.
Fit with your family and plans
Designed for individuals and families exploring investment-linked residence. Family applications include evidence of each member’s relationship and eligibility.
Key distinction
Do not assume any property transaction or fund qualifies. Separate legal eligibility, asset risk and exit analysis.
Application documents
Evidence of investment eligibility and holding, funds records, applicant and family documents. Overseas records may require translation and certification.
Budget beyond the headline
Ask for a written breakdown of government charges, professional fees, document costs, any investment or deposit, and ongoing living or renewal expenses. Show costs per family member and distinguish non-refundable expenses from capital at risk.
Renewal and the next stage
Record the conditions that must continue after approval, renewal dates and any investment-holding obligations. A residence route does not automatically lead to permanent residence or citizenship; those require separate analysis.
A practical sequence
- Define goals and family needs
- Check category and eligibility
- Prepare documents and budget
- Confirm engagement and submission route
Preparation, submission and government assessment are different stages. No fixed approval date is promised.
